How polyurethane concrete lifting works
We drill dime-sized holes through the settled slab, inject expanding structural foam beneath it, and watch it lift back to grade in real time — measured with lasers, not guesswork. The foam fills voids, compacts weak soil, and cures in about 15 minutes at roughly 4,000 psi of supporting capacity. Holes are patched flush, and you can drive on it the same day.

How much does concrete lifting cost compared to replacement?

How long does lifted concrete last?
Polyurethane foam is inert, waterproof, and doesn't shrink or wash out. As long as the underlying drainage issue is addressed, a lifted slab typically stays put for decades.
Can you lift a slab in winter?
Often yes — polyurethane cures with its own heat and works in cold weather better than mudjacking. Frozen ground can limit access; we'll tell you straight when it's better to wait.
Is foam lifting better than mudjacking?
For most jobs, yes. Foam is lighter (it won't re-sink the soil), needs smaller holes, cures in minutes, and fills voids completely. It's why mudjacking has largely disappeared.
