Pricing & frequently asked questions

What insulation, concrete lifting, and waterproofing actually cost in south-central Montana — and the answers to everything else customers ask before they call.

How much does spray foam insulation cost in Montana?

Cost depends on foam type (closed-cell vs. open-cell), depth, square footage, and access — and with a service area running from Billings to Bozeman, site conditions vary too much for a one-size price chart. Every quote is free, written, and firm after an on-site measure.

How much does blown-in attic insulation cost?

It depends on your existing depth, target R-value, and attic access, so we price each attic from a free on-site measure. Either way, it's usually the fastest-payback energy upgrade a Montana home can buy.

How much does concrete lifting cost?

It depends on how many panels have settled and how much void is under them — typically far less than tear-out and replacement. Slabs are drivable the same day, and quotes are free and firm.

What does foundation waterproofing cost?

It depends on wall square footage, membrane system, and site access; crawl space encapsulation depends on crawl size and insulation scope. Every estimate is free, firm, and quoted before backfill deadlines.

Are estimates really free?

Yes — free, on-site, and no-pressure, anywhere from Billings to Bozeman. We measure, explain your options, and put a firm number in writing, usually within 48 hours.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Olympus Insulation is a licensed, insured Montana contractor, and part of the Terland Enterprises family of construction companies based in Big Timber — the same family behind Synergy Concrete and Titan Sand & Gravel.

How far will you travel?

Our core area is the I-90 corridor from Billings to Bozeman plus the Boulder, Shields, Sweet Grass, and Paradise valleys — roughly 90 minutes from Big Timber in any direction. Outside that, call anyway; for the right project we'll go further.

How soon can you get to my job?

Most estimates happen within a week and most jobs are scheduled within two to three weeks, faster in the off-season. Small jobs often slot into an existing route through your town.

Do you work with general contractors and builders?

Yes — insulation packages, pre-backfill waterproofing, and concrete lifting on settled flatwork. Builders get one sub, one schedule, and code certificates for the inspector.

What financing or payment options do you take?

Check, card, and standard net terms for builder accounts. For larger residential projects, ask about staged payments tied to milestones.

Is spray foam safe for my family?

Yes, once cured. We follow manufacturer re-occupancy windows (typically 24 hours for sprayed living areas with ventilation), and cured foam is inert and stable. We're happy to walk you through the data sheets.

Why choose one contractor for insulation, concrete, and waterproofing?

Fewer trips, tighter scheduling, and one point of accountability. On new builds we can waterproof the foundation, insulate the shell, and come back for any flatwork settlement — three scopes that normally mean three subs.
